GETTING STARTED

How do I send you my photos?

After you place your order, you'll receive an email with a link to your own personal, private folder. Simply photograph or scan your old photos and upload them there. We'll include easy instructions to help you capture the best possible quality.

What if my photo is very old or badly damaged?

That's exactly what we specialize in. Scratches, tears, water damage, fading, missing pieces — our team can restore photos that look beyond saving. If you're ever unsure whether a photo can be restored, send us a message and we'll take a look before you order.

What kind of photo quality do I need to send?

The clearer your scan or photo, the better the result — but we work with what you have. A good scan at 300 DPI or higher is ideal, but a well-lit photo taken with your phone works too. Just avoid glare, shadows, and blurry shots. We'll guide you through it.

Can you restore black-and-white photos in color?

Absolutely. Colorization is part of both our Photo Restoration and Photo Animation services, as well as all our bundles. We apply realistic, historically accurate colors that bring your photos to life naturally.

What's the difference between your services?

Photo Restoration includes repair, restoration, and colorization of your photo. Photo Animation includes all of that, plus a 5-second lifelike animation of your restored photo. Our Cinematic Video Bundles include everything — multiple photos restored, colorized, and animated, then edited together into a full cinematic video with music, an intro, and an outro.

What exactly is a "cinematic video"?

It's our signature product. We take all your restored and animated photos and weave them into a beautiful, emotional video — complete with background music, a professional intro and outro, and smooth transitions. Your photos play one after another in a moving slideshow that feels like a short film of your family's story.

What does the animation look like?

We bring your photos to life with natural, subtle movement — gentle smiles, soft motion, a sense of life and presence. The goal is to make it feel like the moment is breathing again, while keeping everyone looking exactly like themselves.

Will the people in my photos still look like themselves?

Yes — this is one of the things we care about most. We preserve every face and every detail exactly as it was. We never distort or change the identity of the people you love.

What video formats will I receive?

Your cinematic video is delivered in two formats: a landscape version (16:9) perfect for showing on a TV, computer, or projector, and a portrait version (9:16) ideal for phones and social media.

Delivery & Timing

How long does it take?

Most orders are completed within 3 to 7 days. If you need it sooner, we offer Priority delivery (within 3 days) and Express delivery (within 24 hours).

Can I get my order faster?

Yes. At checkout you can choose Priority delivery ($20, within 3 days) or Express delivery ($60, within 24 hours) for urgent orders like an upcoming birthday or memorial.

How will I receive my finished photos and video?

We'll send you an email with a link to your personal folder, where all your finished files — restored photos, animations, and your cinematic video — will be neatly organized and ready to download.

Is this a subscription?

Never. We charge one fixed price per order or bundle. No monthly fees, no recurring charges, no hidden costs.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Every order includes up to 3 revisions. If something isn't quite right, just let us know and we'll redo the work on that photo until you're happy with it.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you can cancel any time before we begin working on your photos, for a full refund. Once work has started, we're unable to offer a refund, since the work is custom and done by hand.
