Here's how we make sure you love the result.

Revisions — We Get It Right

We want you to be genuinely happy with your finished result, which is why every order and every bundle includes up to 3 revisions.

 

If something isn't quite the way you imagined — a color you'd like adjusted, a detail you'd like refined, an animation you'd like changed — simply let us know. We'll redo the work on that photo and restore or re-animate it again until it's right.

 

Our goal is simple: we don't consider the job finished until you're moved by the result.

Please note:

Revisions apply to the work itself (restoration, colorization, animation). Re-animation or re-restoration is limited to 3 photos per order.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because every order is custom work, created by hand specifically for you, our policy is straightforward:

 

You can cancel your order at any time before we begin working on your photos — and you'll receive a full refund, no questions asked.

 

Once we've started working on your order, we're unable to offer a refund, since the work is personalized and performed by our team specifically for you. However, your satisfaction is still protected by our 3 revisions, so we can keep refining the result until you're happy.
